Processing & Shipping Time
Processing time is usually between 2-3 business days, however same day processing is available on select orders. Processing includes, picking, packaging, performing a quality check and printing a shipping label for your order. Once that is complete, it is then picked up by USPS and scanned. Upon arrival scan from USPS, that is when your shipping time starts. We use First-Class, Priority, Priority Express and International shipping speeds through USPS. Orders are typically delivered within a 3-5 business day window however it can be as long as 7-14 business days. International shipping typically delivers between 7-14 business days. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times by USPS.
Once your order has been processed and accepted by the USPS, you will receive a tracking confirmation email from us containing tracking information from USPS. Utilize the tracking information provided in that e-mail to track your own package. Please make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address on your order. If you have not entered the correct e-mail address, you will not receive an order confirmation e-mail or a tracking confirmation email. Please check your spam folders to ensure delivery. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates by USPS.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item got damaged in transit, please file an insurance claim at your local post office or online at https://www.usps.com . After you have done so, please contact us at email@example.com and make us aware of the damaged products. Once verified, we will send a replacement.
Lost in Transit
If your item becomes lost in transit, please reach out to your local post office and or visit https://www.usps.com . We are not responsible for items lost in transit by the USPS.
Please ensure that the discount code is entered in correctly and applied before you complete the checkout process. We cannot manually enter a discount code after an order has been paid for. We also will not issue you a refund for the discounted amount after your order has been paid for.
We ensure all merchandise sold by us and purchased by you is packaged efficiently with additional support packaging to ensure safe delivery in transit to your destination.
